The Mystic Makerspace

The Mystic Makerspace is a collective source of tools, space, education and materials for adults, seniors and teens 16+ in our community.

The Mystic Makers believe learning to make empowers individuals and strengthens community. The Mystic Makerspace is a program dedicated to adults and teens 16 and up. We offer tools, space, expertise, and materials for community use during our Open Making Times and scheduled classes. Our safe and welcoming environment allows participants to learn, create and repair by sharing skills, knowledge and tools.

Dream big.
Imagine immensely.
Experiment rashly.
Discover boldly.

You can write code, knit sweaters, master mosaics, and make friends. What you make is up to you. We share ideas, pool our resources, and learn from one another in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Join us for our Open Making Times on set days at the Medford Public Library. You can also sign up for our Classes by registering with Sam Sednek via email at ssednek@minlib.net or calling 781-395-7950. All classes are free, and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Mystic Makerspace is intended for adults and teens 16 and up. Please visit mysticmakerspace.org for upcoming Open Making Times, Classes, and Events.

We are a project of the Medford Arts Center, Inc, a registered 501(c)3 organization, and our programs are made possible thanks to a grant by the Medford Arts Council, and an amazing donation made by the family of Betty Sue Clark. Mystic Makerspace is currently using space at the Medford Public Library for programming.
